Nestle Fitness 14 day.

So im trying a new diet now. Its Nestle Fitness 14 day program. Basically, its a cereal made of wheat and you`ll replace two meals with it. Like for example,
Breakfast: cereal, coffee and veggie or fruit
Lunch: carbo, proteins, veggies
Dinner: cereal and fruit and  veggie

As you can see, its all about fruits and veggie. Im getting ready for oct 1 and 8. Hopefully, it`ll work.
