ReQuest dominates Manila.

This is a post-event post. Hehe. Nung November pa ito. November 20,2011 to be exact. The feeling was extraordinary. ReQuest is a New Zealand based dance crew. They reign in Hip Hop International and America's Best Dance Crew, these girls got swag and poise. They represent every girl in the dancing industry. Versatile dancers. They dance so very well, It comes to a point that you are thinking whether you should pursue your dancing career or not. HAHA Funny huh? Its true! Veryyyy. You will  have goosebumps when you watch them. Watching them live is superb. They dance to the tune of Cater To You bt Destiny's Child, Bad Girl by Usher, We Found Love by Rihanna, Party Rock Anthem by LMFAO and many more.

Goodbye 2011.

We take a look back at a year of full of surprise and experience. As we say goodbye to 2011 and say hello to 2012. I will list down some unforgettable moments of Groove One and also with myself alone.

With Groove One

We kick off the semester with a summer training with Coach Aye for our first competition which is Max Groove and after that, several competitions came.

• We joined Maximum Groovity.
• We joined Slimmers and made it through finals.
• We joined yearly for Skechers 7.
• We danced several times at school coz of Akademe's win.

and we are still hoping for Crissa and Frenzy next year. :)

Also, we had some bad moments last year like Jared's goodbye for studying. And also Ken's migration to states. We also had our voting for the next officers which includes Paul as our new President. We also got our very first team building event, it was a success. And we are able to recruit many members this year. Thanks to Coach Aye for staying with us all through out the year.

As for myself, It's been a rough year for me. Problems and triumphs came. First one is I got my passed grades and enrolled myself for another year. Be able to compete again and dance for glory. Experience all of this with the help of our Almighty God, and Groove One.

I became strong! :)

As for my dancing career, I was able to learn Front Walk, manage to choreograph some steps for our routine. Thank you Lord for all the blessings.

Let's continue more memories in 2012. See yah!

Gifts.

Christmas is very near and I`m almost done with my shopping for my self and I want to give a small gift to my lovely parents, any suggestions? Hmmm. I`m thinking of a cute sandals for my mom, or pants. Hmm. I dont know yet for my dad, he seems to be receiving a very expensive gifts. :) Hmmm, he got an Ice Watch, a Hugo wallet and a bunch of clothes. Ha! What can he ask for. For mom, i`ll give her a pants or a sandals, and I will also buy another gift, maybe a perfume or a shirt or maybe a male vanity kit. Yes, I will find. Hehe.

Christmas is the time for giving and sharing all your blessings. Showing your love and tender to those you love. Have a merry merry Christmas! ;)

Miss PSBA 2011

Congratulations to Miss Krisma Pascual for winning Miss PSBA 2011.

It is indeed a successful event for the 27th Supreme Student Council. A big round of applause. Last Friday, it was held at Freedom Square at PSBA-QC, around 8pm. It was a huge event this year including the minor competitions held a days before. Thanks to the sponsor and for all the participants who joined in this event.

On December 15, Cultural Night was also held on Freedom Square. Organizations compete for the Champion bragging right, these are the list of organizations who joined in the event.
- BMS (Business Management Society)

- JFINEX ( Junior Financial Executives )
- JMP ( Junior Marketing Practitioners ) and
- TAU GAMMA PHI and SIGMA

and the winner is......... GREEN Club. Congratulations.

On December 16, the much awaited contest of straight guys came, the MISS NYOSVAH 2011. It is an even where in straight guys will dress up and be a lady. A lady, right! They are dress in casual and long gowns with respected names. We have a bet there, and SHE is Diva Divisoria De Debut. She's beautiful, she's like a mannequin. Sadly, she didnt win.

And speaking of Miss PSBA, thank you to Angelica, Bernadette and Anna for representing G1 on Miss PSBA. You ggiys did great and we will support you throughout all of the pageant you will join. A huge thank you.

Am I good enough?

Yesterday is freestyle intermission. Damn it, I always hate this kind of intermission. I super hate this. As usual, im so nervous. I can literally vomit because of this nervousness.

I'm asking myself, AM I GOOD ENOUGH? Hindi ko kce maisip na kaya kong makipagsabayan sa ibang dancers na alam kong magaling. Feeling ko wala akong ibubuga kaya ayoko ng ganito eh. Di ko alam kung anong gagawin ko to stand out. I want to stand out. I want to be a great dancer I want to dance a technique that no one has ever done. Gusto ko nang madaming magchecheer to boost my confidence. Mahirap bang gawin yun? Kaya napili kong magtricks na lang. hindi naman ata mahirap gawin yun diba? Gusto kong magaling. Oo, sa femme ako maayos sumayaw pero hanggang dun na lang ba yun? Syempre hindi. Gusto kong maging magaling. Gustong gusto.

TANG INA MO. Period!

I still remember the first day I heard the song Spaceman by The Killers. I was blown away by their music. Really, cross to the my heart, plus the fact that Brandon Flowers has a beautiful name. Oh my goshhhh! :">

Their songs are a bit alternative rock to me. It just sets my ears to fire. HAHAHA OA? Nahhh. Their music gives me that chill that I never felt from other music. I super like Brandon's voice, and the lyrics. My favorite song is Spaceman. Brandon already got a single album which includes songs like Only The Young, Tell Me It's Not Over and Crossfire. Good to have them.

Friends. What are friends? They are the ones who can understand the real you. Who can talk to you for hours for just about anything or everything. They are the ones who have your back. They are the ones who will never leave you alone even in the darkest room in your soul. They will keep you alive 24/7. They are the ones who you can call in the middle of midnight. They are the ones who you can share food, clothes, shelter and life. They are like vitamins that will keep you energetic. They give you unconditional love.

I would like to thank all of my friends. Most specially to my EGB, they are the ones who made me this strong, thick and happy in my high school life. They are like diamonds. Expensive and precious. They are the girl's best friend. They made me strong and hard to predict. They give me the barrier no one can defeat. I love them the most.

I would like to thank also the G1, for giving me good company, confidence and experiences I will never forget. I found good friends here and will to continue to be friends with them. I also found a group that will stand to what they are fighting for. They have a perseverance. They have passion to what they are doing. I love you guys.

Last but not the least, Thank you for all the friends I have when I was a child, a teenager and until now. For those who doesn't stay, it's okay. And for those who will stay, thank you!

It is true that man is no an island. You need friends, maybe not many but you can still count who are your real friends. :)

Last Saturday Night.

Last night, we had our very first Team Building. Together with G1. It is supposed to be a swimming event but since the venue isn't available, we decided to just do it on another event. We had some games and activities to test our minds, strength, etc. Every game or activity has its own explanation. Some games are for TRUST, LEADERSHIP, HEARING, etc. It was a night of fun and games.

We bring some foods like Buko Salad, Baked Mac, Adobo, Rice, Chips and Drinks. So many foods to eat. Hehe. Then later in the evening, we had an open forum where we write down all our likes or dislikes to that one or two particular person and we will explain it further. It was a fun, emotional night for us especially to those who are listed. Although it was very hard to accept, we need to forget about it and move on to another step. We have to forget all the things we have  listed. We ended our team building at almost 11 45 pm. I hope this will happen again

Special thanks to Kuya Rhodz, Steph. Ate Tash, Kuya AM for guiding us and giving us a meaningful team building. We will all see you on our Christmas Partyyyyy! :>

Hard times.

Every family has its UPS and DOWNS.

I hate to share this but I have no one to talk to. Well, my family is having a really tough time. My family isn't that joyful anymore since "IT" happened. They always talk about non sense things. Then it happened tonight, I got really irritated by their conversation and I start shouting. I don't know why I did that but I am sure that I want to shout and say STOP. I shouted and got very mad. Why is this happening to us? We didn't want this to happen. We lived happy before, no problems and no "something". If God has given us a purpose, then what is it? I really hate what is happening. It's been a years now and ayoko ng humaba pa toh. Gusto ko nang matapos toh. Gusto ko ng masayang buhay. Gusto ko ng masayang pamilya.

I really hope this will end soon and we will spend our Christmas really happy and fun. Sino ba naman ang gusto na ang pamilya nya magkaka-galit sa araw ng Pasko? It's Christmas, it's the time of love, peace and giving. So please, I'm really praying to You that we will conquer this and we will stay as a beautiful family.

I wish to have a peaceful Christmas together with my family and relatives.
