As of today, I've done it for about 5 days and I've lose an inch in my waist. They say, you cannot see it pa kasi it's been a week pa lang kaya hinay hinay lang. HAHAHAH Atleast I can sense some changes. 3 months and half to go!!! :))) *i'm feeling good about this :))
My routine is, JOG Mondays and Wednesday. Go dance training on Tues, Thurs and Sat. Rest day on Friday, Cheat day on Sat night and Sunday fully rest day. Also, no dinner :) Only small amounts.
I have tallied all of my activities including the hours of training, my dinner and current weight.
I WANT THIS SO BADLYYYY, I'M WILLING TO GO ALL FOR IT. I mean it. Super. I'll keep you guys updated alright? :)
