PROJECT WEIGHT LOSS:
Yesterday, I marked the calendar for my day one, part two of my project weight loss. Several months passed and I felt like I needed exercise and healthy eating. I've been eating unhealthy since June up to now and it felt like my body is not doing well with it so I decided to carry on with my diet and consider a healthy lifestyle again. First, I start with my 21 days challenge wherein no sweets, no fast food, no soft drinks and no junk food for continuous 21 days. Sounds tough? IT IS TOUGH. After 21 days, you will see results. TRUST ME.
Then, I'm off again with my jogging routine. I'll be with Nimae. YEYYYY So, that's Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, so that my Friday would be a rest day. I have to pull this off or else I'm stuck with my muffin top. Fuck.
I still have my 3 months before 2014 and I WILL MAKE THIS YEAR MY FITNESS YEAR so that my 2014 would be sexy and toned!!!!
For those who are planning to undergo a diet program or you would just want to be fit, a change perhaps. DONT HESITATE BECAUSE EVERY SUFFERING COMES WITH A REWARD. And trust me, your body will thank you for that <3 p="">3>
