I am back! Hahahaha I mean,I'm working out again. Yey for me. Hahaha.I started last Wednesday and it's been a week now. Congratulations to me.
I worked out at Kenntoff gym, located at Masinag, along Sumulong Highway in Antipolo. We have a "trainer" but not that trainer, he just assist us in the gym with the proper equipments and right execution of the exercises. Hahaha.
