Street harassment has been happening not only here in Philippines but rather in different parts of the world. Many women are experiencing it right now and it is the right time for women like us to stand and fight for our right to be respected.

Have you ever had an experience wherein a group of ugly (Im sorry for the term) young/old man is whistling, calling you names like "Babe", "Beh", "Cutie pie", "Sweetheart" or even following you, its just creepy right? Well I've experienced that, I was wearing shorts, but those shorts are not SHORT-shorts, they are decent and so I also rode a jeepney and this ugly barker starts looking at me like he's gonna eat me or something, the moment I got off from that jeep, I gave him a TALL, MIDDLE FINGER. Yep, I did it, cause you know why? WOMEN ARE SUPPOSED TO BE RESPECTED EVEN BY STRANGERS. Yeah, I showed a bad attitude towards them but if he didn't do that, I could have say nice things to him. I hate it. I HATE GUYS like that. WHY IN THE FIRST PLACE YOU WANT TO HARASS A WOMEN? I mean, are you some kind of a creep, obsessed of girls or are you just simply a PERVERT AND A MANIAC.

If only I can have a death note (yeah, the notebook wherein you can write somebody's name and they just die) I would write their names in it. It's not fine anymore, more and more women are experiencing it now and it's really alarming. I think someone should take an action regarding this. WOMEN EMPOWERMENT.
